Orders & delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery within Singapore is S$4.90 and free on orders over S$60.00. Express delivery is S$12.00 and arrives in one to two working days. We also deliver to Malaysia — the rate is calculated at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are picked and packed within two working days. Standard delivery then takes two to four working days, express one to two. You will get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email sales@lovelure.com as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left us, we can usually change or cancel it. Personalised wedding orders go to print once you approve the proof and cannot be cancelled after that.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow, all through Stripe’s secure checkout. You do not need an account and we never see your card details.
The mists
What is in the bottle?
Each bottle is 120 ml (4 oz) of room, linen and pillow mist with an eco-friendly base. It is designed for fabric and air — not for use on skin as a fragrance, and not for drinking.
How long does the scent last?
On fabric, expect several hours to a day depending on the room. In the air, a few passes last long enough to change the mood of a room. A bottle lasts around four to six weeks with daily use.
Is it safe on all fabrics and surfaces?
It is safe on linen, cotton and most upholstery. Patch-test delicate fabrics, silk, leather and untreated wood first, and keep the mist off polished surfaces and screens. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from flame.
Where are the scents made?
All LoveLure mists are blended, bottled and labelled in Singapore in small batches.
Weddings
What is the minimum wedding order?
Fifty bottles, ordered in steps of fifty up to five hundred, at S$3.50 a bottle. For larger orders, talk to us.
How long do wedding favours take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from proof approval. Order six to eight weeks before the date so there is room to adjust. Start at the wedding studio.
Returns
What if the bottle arrives damaged?
Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately — no return needed.
Can I return a bottle I do not like?
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less delivery. Personalised wedding favours are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
